This HPCIA Committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month to review and advise on liquor license requests, zoning requests and requests for special event permits, within the City of Atlanta's NPU process. When not reacting to requests, committee members work on the long-term planning for Home Park.

The Land Use Committee meets at Relapse Theatre, at 380 14th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. The theatre is located in a old church on 14th between State St and Mecaslin St. Parking is in the rear of the building off Mecaslin. We will be meeting in one of the basement auditoriums.
