About HPCIA
The Home Park Community Improvement Association (HPCIA), incorporated in 1972, became a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization in 1974. The mission of HPCIA is to provide information, services, and education to the Home Park community, a 450-acred mixed-use urban neighborhood just west of the Downtown Connector in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Membership is open to residents, renters, businesses and anyone who owns property in Home Park.
